Your data in Kompanion is associated with your phone via the e-mail address you used while registering. Therefore, if you have not registered before, your data will remain on your old phone after you change your phone. If you have a membership; to access your account from your new phone, you need to log in with the e-mail address to which your data is linked.
For example, assuming that you registered to Kompanion with the address email@example.com means that all your data is connected to this address. You must use this address when logging into the application on your new phone. If you log in using any e-mail address other than this, you will create a new membership, and in this case, you will see an empty account.
