Cancellations are managed by the App Store for iOS, Google Play Store for Android and AppGallery for Huawei.
To cancel your subscription you can follow the instructions below.
for iOS:
Open the Settings app on your iPhone and tap your name. Then, tap Subscriptions and select Kompanion from the list. Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel, this means that the subscription is already canceled and will not renew.

Open Google Play Store on your phone and check if you're signed in to the correct Google Account. Tap Menu > Subscriptions and select Kompanion. Tap Cancel Subscriptions and follow the instructions.

for Huawei:
Go to . Select Kompanion in the list and touch Cancel Subscription.

Please follow the instructions below to cancel your subscription that you started by using our website.
1) Open Kompanion App on your mobile device.
2) Go to your Profile and tap the Settings icon in the top right corner.
3) Tap Membership > Manage Membership > Cancel Subscription.
And, done! Your subscription won't be renewed and you won't be charged again.
Keep in mind that just deleting the app will not cancel your subscription. Make sure you cancel before to avoid unwanted charges.
