If you've forgotten to log a fast or want to change start/end time, don't worry. All you need to do is to follow these instructions:
To add a previous fast:
- Go to your Profile.
- Click "Add fast" on the Recent fasts chart.
- Enter your fast start/end times by clicking the little pencil icons and save them.
- Choose a mood for that fast if you like.
- Click "Add fast" at the bottom of the page.
To modify a previous fast:
- Go to your Profile.
- Click "List" on your Recent fasts chart to see your previous fasts in list view.
- Click any previous fast that you'd like to edit.
- Enter your fast start/end times by clicking the little pencil icons and save them.
- Choose a mood for that fast if you like.
- Click "Save" at the bottom of the page.
